To ensure a competitive and differentiated product experience, we conducted thorough design research in the market, of competitors, with stakeholders, and even began to speculate how BV could prepare carving out a niche for a possible future. This enabled BV to develop an adaptive strategy that drove purposeful product decisions.

Value is generated through interaction. We identified a larger ecosystem of influence between vsc providers, credit unions and users. Users have largely been taught to mistrust any type of insurance provider and we found a way optimize the stakeholder network to define a new paradigm of engagement. Moving from one predicated on transaction to one of relationship.

While this was a larger digital transformation project, foundational research positioned BV to be strategically adaptive to opportunities as they came up. With 48 hours notice, we were able to consolidate and apply our learnings into a fully functioning, fit for purpose prototype to share at the industry's largest event to help partners see the future and how they can join the ride.
