Nuvio one is more than a walker. It's an award-winning 2-in-1 mobility solution designed by a Physical Therapist as a safer and smarter solution. Nuvio had the specialized expertise in physical therapy to develop a game-changing product, but wasn't sure how to build a business around it and enter the market.

Nuvio had the specialized expertise in physical therapy to develop a game-changing product, but wasn't sure how to build a business around it and enter the market.

Through market scanning, user interviews, and rapid experiments — we learned that the assisted mobility market was increasingly commoditized by large insurance companies and manufacturers whom prioritized cost over safety. They lost sight of the user and stakeholders they serve paving the way for Nuvio to meaningfully differentiate.

Comprehensive understanding of the system through experimentation and intimate collaboration with stakeholders allowed us to fine-tune Nuvio's go to market approach. We developed a 5-year roadmap/business model detailing strategies and tactics to a successful product launch in Fall 2023. Just in time.
